Wherling Wherling what do you see...(open)

Rhaensk rushed forward into the darkness, her surety of where she was going gave Rhaenthwor less concern about heading into the dark cavern in front of them. What had she found?

The Gold's hide reflected what little like there was to be had from the dying glow in his hand. Found. Look. See.

"Yes, but what did you find?" He spoke gruffly, slightly irritated at his own eyes for not being able to see what she wanted him to just yet. The little Wher practically pranced with amusement.

"Oh. A hidden cache of supplies." He said supportive of her efforts as he approached. There were a good number of things here which he loaded into a pack he was carrying which only held some water.

Rhaensk good?

"Yes, very." The Gold watched as he loaded up the found supplies. Well she was getting better at this every night and seemed less clumsy too. Probably helped that he was no acclimated to being nocturnal.

The pair began to walk back together, wondering if they might bump into someone or other on the way. The dark caverns were eerily quiet and spooky if truth be told.

Piersk slithered out of a crevice delightedly - she had left Pierson a bit behind, where the space got...cramped, but the joy of a path well trod was more than worth it. Found things? she snuffled interestedly, directing the question at the gold wher, not her person. Good things?

Whirling around suddenly at the first sound of the green's approach, Rhaensk let out a guttural almost growl but waited before acting. When Piersk spoke her demeanor immediately changed from one of defense to a more welcoming stance though Rhaensk was very bad at showing any kind of sweetness to her clutchmates. She had a purpose driving her and the rest of them were there but less than concerning to her.

Raising her head imperiously, Yes. Good things. As if she couldn't be capable of finding things that were not good.

Rhaenthwor was not going to allow her to be rude to her green sister. Piersk would probably like to hear your interest in what she has found also... The large man half smiled at Pierson. You find?


"Good evening." Rhaenthwor said as he ducked his head to get past a lower area of the cavern.

Things, Piersk said dismissively. Happiness, excitement. Search better. A pause, while the little green cocked her head to listen to her person get closer. Yes? Agree? Hunt more.

"I'm never leaving these tunnels again, am I?" Pierson asked, a bit ruefully, finally coming out into the main opening with the others. "Evening."

"I'd say not, or at least not until she's tired." Rhaenthwor could commiserate there. "Rhaensk loves the hunt, I suppose you could call it. When she finds something, she's happy for a brief moment and then it's all about finding the next cache."

He supposed that was a good thing? Maybe? Rhaensk could be fairly bossy, even with him so when he had to reign her in it was a battle of wills. The Gold had thus far learned he wasn't someone who she could push around.

Yes. Find more! The Gold spoke with the barest hint of excitement in her tone. She wasn't as excitable as her green sister or at the very least, not going to show that she was.

"Piersk too. At some point you'd think we'd have found all the caches hidden around here for us."

The green snorted and shuffled her stubby wings. Why stop? Never. Hunt.
