| What if AVIAS hadn’t survived eons under the volcanic fallout, but other treasures had? What if someone re-learned how to manipulate the dragon genome? What if they did so, and gave rise to new phenotypes and dragon colors… who were then cast out into the wilderness to thrive or die?
White Lightning Weyr is a non-canon, 10th Pass AU Dragonriders of Pern Forum RP. We’re a close-knit, dedicated group of writers and artists who are dedicated to the telling of a good story. As play starts, we’ve got several open positions for non-canon dragonriders and nontraditional weyrfolk… to include smugglers, bootleggers, and miscreants of all varieties. In our timeline, the traditional Weyrs have decreed that the new phenotypes of dragons must be exiled for the “genetic purity” of the rest of dragonkind.
We’d like to invite you to join us as we set out to imagine “what if”...
